My name is Gregory Couch and I am a documentary and editorial photographer based in Upstate NY. My work focuses on abandoned buildings, interesting places, and the history that surrounds them. I enjoy tracking down locations that are forgotten or overlooked and preserving them via photography. My interest in different subjects constantly shifts to the point where I might be working on multiple projects at a time, all revolving around a unique theme. I do my best to incorporate photography into my daily life through study of other artists' work and technical knowledge. I work with various photographic mediums and formats including 4x5, 6x6, 35mm, and digital depending on the subjects I'm shooting and the look I'm going for.
